Material Management System

Altus developed a sophisticated Material Management system (“MMS”), which enables the tracking of all materials, down to the unit level; from Ex-Works until delivery to our customers’ site. The system is fully web-based and can be accessed globally through the Internet.

A key feature of our systems are that they allow you to track materials down to the unit level per line item on any outstanding PO. Other features include:
  • Secure personalized login and password via online access.
  • EDI connectivity of data capture between customer site and Altus.
  • Line item visibility at PO level with real-time availability of expediting information.
  • Task list to review status of each PO due, pending or shipped. This includes urgent order status management.
  • Search functionality based on PO number, item code or cargo description (note that search capability can be customized to meet specific needs).
  • Review of delivery order status and shipping details at PO level.
  • Drill down capability to locate exact location of part by crate and container.
  • Search capability on closed shipments for post event management and archiving.
